If you are looking for just a PET and not a family member AND if you cannot spend on their maintenance,PLEASE DON’T CONTACT US.

To make a reservation, we expect a 50% deposit from the buyer.

(For kittens/cats with breeding rights): If anyone is interested to buy a kitten/cat as a PET(Neutered/Spayed),the buyer will get a discount of 30% on the declared price of the kitten/cat.In this case, complete amount has to be paid in advance.

You are buying a nice kitten/cat for your breeding program and PAYING FOR THE PEDIGREE.

You will be offered a female kitten/cat (with breeding rights), if and only if ,you have a male kitten/cat (with breeding rights) purchased directly from us.

In case of failure of buyer from purchasing the kitten/cat, deposit is not refundable.
Our job is only to provide you a healthy and fit kitten/cat as you see them in the pictures and video.

Maintenance at your place is completely your responsibility, we can at-most guide you.

Under any circumstances, how much ever serious your personal reasons maybe,KITTEN/CAT ONCE SOLD CANNOT BE RETURNED.
